My approach
- Step 1: A series of assessments to have you and your coach learn more about your values and your behavioral tendencies to discover your level of accomplishment in the area of soft skills.
- Step 2: A meeting or telemeeting with your manager/sponsor to assure clarity of your objectives and our processes. It is important that all expectations are shared, and processes are understood.
- Step 3: Either 2 – 45 minute or 3 – 30 minute coaching calls per month for one year. The length of these sessions may vary due to responsibilities and preferences. At the end of the first three months, you have a choice of continuing for the balance of the year, or discontinuing if you don’t believe that you are getting value.

Depending on the amount of coaching requested, we may bring several additional coaches into the process. All of these coaches are certified by the International Coach Federation, and have been screened by our company to provide you the exact coaching services you need. We will handle all coaching assignments, billing and administrative details. In short, we will be your partner in providing coaching services to you leadership team.
