More on that “Daily Decrease…”

Our Monday Motivator this week challenged you to a daily decrease rather than a daily increase. Here are a few thoughts:

  • Simplify your to-do list: Focus on the most important tasks and let go of the extra ones that just add stress without helping you move forward.
  • Declutter your space: Get rid of things that don’t serve a purpose. A cleaner space often means a clearer mind.
  • Limit distractions: Cut down on social media or unnecessary notifications. Sometimes less is more when it comes to staying focused.
