More on that “Daily Decrease…”

Our Monday Motivator this week challenged you to a daily decrease rather than a daily increase. Here are a few thoughts:

  • Simplify your to-do list: Focus on the most important tasks and let go of the extra ones that just add stress without helping you move forward.
  • Declutter your space: Get rid of things that don’t serve a purpose. A cleaner space often means a clearer mind.
  • Limit distractions: Cut down on social media or unnecessary notifications. Sometimes less is more when it comes to staying focused.

  1. Kind of goes along with distractions–finish a task before you move on to the next one. This may not always be possible because of circumstances or demands however it sure helps with focus and completion.
    Try hard to avoid or at least minimize interruptions
