Happy happy Monday! OK, I’m an Eagles fan, and over the moon with their win over the Pats last night…
In celebration, I found a great quote from Philadelphia Eagles coach Doug Pederson, on how he hoped to take the team to big wins:
“You do it one player at a time and you do it one coach at a time.”
I love this quote, because too many managers try to manage their teams as teams, rather than a conglomeration of individuals. This quote says it all, and guess what? It worked!
