Monday Motivator: Declare a Boundary

Here’s your challenge for the week:  declare a boundary.

You don’t need to declare it to others (although that’s ok too), but I’m suggesting that you declare a boundary – just to yourself…

Many times, we have these thoughts in the back of our minds, but actively declaring them can help you enforce them.

Here are some examples:

  • No smoking in my car.
  • I won’t respond or listen to gossip.
  • I will turn off my iPhone when I am with my family
