Too many emailers confuse “sorting” email with “working” email. When you go into your inbox, open it with the intention of SORTING.
Don’t get romanced into the need to knock a few off the list. This is one of the reasons people feel like they’re not getting stuff done — it is because they spend too much time on the wrong stuff!
