Appreciation is one of the best motivators I’ve seen, and felt.
When I was thinking about this, I realized that the act of appreciating does a lot toward increasing value. As you appreciate, you motivate. Motivated employees or co workers add value.
And that leads to the other angle of appreciation. Appreciation relates to added value. Just as a property or home may “appreciate” or grow in value, organizations and businesses can “appreciate” or grow in value as a result of your appreciation of your employees.
