Executive Retreats

The Egan Group specializes in conducting tailored Executive and Organizational Retreats. We work with you to assure the successful outcomes for your Bela Vista Farm Executive Retreat Centerleadership. We can conduct the entire retreat or facilitate individual portions of your retreat for you. Your success is our primary goal.

We'll come to you, or you can come to the Blue Mountains of eastern Pennsylvania, halfway between Philadelphia and Harrisburg, where we have partnered with the beautiful Bela Vista Farm and Retreat Center. It is a 350 acre farm/conference center for up to 20 participants, and sleeping facilities for 14. Here are some scenes from one of our retreats there...
