We can facilitate your discussion groups. Our trained facilitators will work with your organization to establish an outcome oriented discussion. As these vary by company and department, we establish the outcomes desired, then map out the best way(s) to get to that outcome, then set action plans to achieve it.
We believe in an energetic, participative approach. Our lead facilitator, Marsha Egan, has moderated over 100 panel discussions, including two international video broadcasts viewed by more than 10,000 participants. She's facilitated , executive retreats, strategy sessions, and knows how to masterfully address "the elephant in the room."
Unlike training, facilitation many times has unknown outcomes. We can enable your group to build consensus and understanding that allows forward progress through agreed upon action steps.

Here is the note we received after the meeting:
Dear Marsha,
Marsha, I had a real ball working with you- you have an uncanny ability to bring out the best in people and get them engaged in problem solving and collegial interaction. It is a gift!
I have gotten some very positive feedback from my colleagues and I look forward to addressing the topics we all brought up. Thanks again for all that you did to make this a successful day.
Sincerely,
(group leader-name withheld-can be provided on individual request)
Marsha, author of book "Making Good Meetings GREAT," will control the discussion while extracting maximum positive participation. She is certified by the national CPCU Society to facilitate a half day workshop entitled "Facilitative Leadership." She was even asked by the National Speakers' Association to lead a workshop entitled "Making Good Facilitation GREAT!"
"Thanks so much for facilitating a great discussion about facilitation best practices. Such conversations really inspire community among the different specialties of professional speakers. The founder of the “PEG” idea, George Morrissey would have been delighted with the robust conversation and great ideas!"
Thank you for being the catalyst, Kristin Arnold
