(January 25, 2004) Marsha D. Egan, ACC, President, The Egan Group, Inc. has completed the required 200 hours of classes to graduate from COACHU,  the leading global provider of coach training programs.  She is the only certified life and success coach in Berks County.

Coach U is the largest coach training organization. (August 29, 2002) Marsha D. Egan has been elected to the Board of Directors of the MidAtlantic Chapter of the National Speakers’ Association.  The MidAtlantic Chapter represents experts who are professional speakers in the eastern PA, Delaware, Maryland, and southern New Jersey areas.

Ms. Egan is Director of Underwriting at Encompass Insurance and President of The Egan Group, Inc., a leadership coaching firm.  She speaks professionally throughout the country on leadership development, and coaches individuals in career and personal success.

The National Speakers Association (NSA) is the leading organization for experts who speak professionally. NSA's 4,000 members include experts in a variety of industries and disciplines, who reach audiences as trainers, educators, humorists, motivators, consultants, authors and more.  Since 1973, NSA has provided resources and education designed to advance the skills, integrity and value of its members and speaking profession.

Marsha D. Egan receives Associate Certified Coach designation

August 4, 2003:  Marsha D. Egan, President of Leadership Lights, Inc, Reading Pa. has been conferred the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF.)    Qualifying for this designation required 100 class hours, an oral examination and at least 250 hours of individual client coaching.  Marsha is the first ICF accredited coach in Berks County.

The International Coaching Federation is the leading organization for coaches.  They are the primary certifying organization in the world.
